Product description
The honeycomb board optical platform has high strength, less maintenance and adjustment workload, and stable structure. The four corners of the honeycomb plate optical platform plate are equipped with a passive damping device (TMD), which is a passive damping device consisting of mass, spring and damper attached to the structure to reduce the dynamic response of the structure. The frequency of the damper is tuned to a specific structural frequency, so when this frequency is excited, the damper will resonate ex of phase with the structural motion. The energy is dissipated by the inertial force of the damper acting on the structure. With proper tuning, TMD will replace the high peak of the structural resonance frequency with two much smaller peaks.

The polymer cup is made of stretched aluminum stamping, which can prevent the noise from causing errors in the internal vibration to the experiment, and at the same time can prevent dust, water, and small items from falling into the platform, which is easy to clean. The internal honeycomb core plate adopts a structure in which trapezoidal thin steel plates are glued to each other and sandwiched with steel plates to form a honeycomb shape, which can maximize the stiffness while reducing the core plate quality.
